Privacy Policy
1. Introduction
Juce Inc. ("Juce," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes the personal information we collect, how we use and disclose it, and the choices and rights available to you.
This Policy applies to our website, our mobile application, our email and other electronic communications, and any other product or service that links to this Policy (collectively, the "Services"). It is intended for individuals located in the United States.
By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy. This Policy supplements, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service. If you have questions or wish to exercise a right described here, you may contact us as set out in Section 12.
2. Information We Collect
We collect the categories of personal information described below. Some information you provide to us directly, some is collected automatically when you use the Services, and some is obtained from third-party partners.
2.1 Account and Contact Information. When you subscribe to our communications or create an account, we collect your name, email address, and any login credentials you establish.
2.2 Payment Information. If you make a purchase, your payment and billing information is collected and processed by our secure third-party payment processor. We do not store full payment card numbers.
2.3 Device and Usage Information. When you access the Services, we and our service providers automatically collect certain technical and usage information, including your IP address, device type, operating system, browser type, and mobile or advertising identifiers; the pages and features you access and the dates and times of your activity; an approximate location (such as city or region) derived from your IP address; and information about your interactions with our emails and advertisements. This information is collected using cookies, pixels, tags, and software development kits, as further described in Section 4.
2.4 Information from Analytics and Advertising Partners. We receive information from the analytics and advertising partners described in Section 4, including information about how you arrived at the Services and how you interacted with our advertisements. We combine this information with information we already maintain.
2.5 Information We Do Not Collect. We do not collect Social Security or other government-issued identification numbers, full payment card numbers, or health or medical information.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the personal information we collect for the following purposes:
3.1 To provide, operate, and maintain the Services, including to create and manage your account and to keep the Services secure and reliable;
3.2 To communicate with you, including to send the communications you have requested and to respond to your inquiries and support requests;
3.3 To analyze and improve the Services and to develop new features;
3.4 To personalize, deliver, measure, and improve our marketing and advertising, as described in Section 4;
3.5 To detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, and security incidents; and
3.6 To comply with our legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
4. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising
Our partners and we use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Services, remember your preferences, measure performance, and support advertising.
4.1 Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors access and use the Services. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect the device and usage information described above and processes it on our behalf to generate reports regarding traffic and engagement.
4.2 Advertising Technologies. We may use advertising tools such as pixels and tags, including the Meta (Facebook) pixel and Google advertising tags, to measure the performance of our marketing and to deliver relevant advertising to individuals who have visited the Services. These technologies transmit information about your activity on the Services, such as the pages you view and the actions you take, to Meta and Google, which may use that information to measure our campaigns and to create and serve advertising audiences, including retargeting you on their platforms.
4.3 No Sale of Personal Information. We do not sell your personal information for monetary consideration. Depending on your state of residence, however, our use of these advertising technologies may constitute "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under applicable law. You may opt out as described in Sections 6 and 7.
4.4 Managing These Technologies. You may limit these technologies through your browser settings, through Google Ad Settings (adssettings.google.com) and Meta's ad preferences, through the industry opt-out tools listed in Section 6, or by enabling the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal in a supported browser, which we honor where applicable.
5. Disclosure of Personal Information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not disclose it to data brokers. We disclose personal information only as described below. We may disclose aggregated or de-identified information, which does not identify you, without restriction.
5.1 Service Providers. We disclose information to service providers that perform functions on our behalf, such as website and application hosting, email delivery, customer support, analytics, and advertising technology. These providers are permitted to use the information only to provide services to us.
5.2 Advertising and Analytics Partners. As described in Section 4, we disclose information to Google and Meta for analytics and advertising purposes. We receive no monetary consideration for these disclosures, and they do not constitute a sale; in certain states, however, they may constitute "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising, which you may opt out of.
5.3 Legal and Safety. We may disclose information when required by law or legal process, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Juce, our users, or the public, or to detect or prevent fraud.
5.4 Business Transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred as part of the transaction. We will provide notice where required by law.
5.5 At Your Direction. We may disclose information to other parties at your direction or with your consent.
6. Your Privacy Choices
The following choices are available to all users, in addition to the state-specific rights described in Section 7.
6.1 Marketing Communications. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, by replying STOP to any promotional text message, or by adjusting your push and in-app notification settings.
6.2 Opt Out of Sharing for Targeted Advertising. You may opt out of the "sharing" of your personal information for targeted advertising by using the "Do Not Share My Personal Information" link located in the footer of our website and within the application's privacy settings, by submitting a request at [PRIVACY REQUEST LINK], or by enabling the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal in a supported browser, which we honor where applicable.
6.3 Cookies. Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies through their settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of the Services.
6.4 Industry Opt-Out Tools. You may also exercise choices through the Digital Advertising Alliance at aboutads.info/choices (and the AppChoices application at youradchoices.com/appchoices) and the Network Advertising Initiative at networkadvertising.org/choices.
7. State Privacy Rights
7.1 California. If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, provides you the right to know and access the personal information we have collected, to correct inaccurate personal information, to delete your personal information (subject to certain exceptions), to opt out of the sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, to limit our use of sensitive personal information, and not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising these rights. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a valid opt-out of sharing for California residents.
We do not sell personal information. The categories of personal information we share for cross-context behavioral advertising are identifiers, device and internet activity information, approximate geolocation, and inferences drawn from that information. We will acknowledge your request within ten (10) business days and respond within forty-five (45) days, subject to one additional forty-five (45)-day extension where permitted. Authorized agents may submit requests on your behalf with appropriate proof of authorization.
7.2 Other States. Residents of other states that have enacted comprehensive consumer privacy laws—including Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, Oregon, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Delaware, Iowa, Minnesota, Maryland, Indiana, Kentucky, Rhode Island, and Tennessee, as well as any other state whose comprehensive privacy law is in effect—have comparable rights to access, correct, and delete their personal information and to opt out of targeted advertising and profiling, together with the right to appeal a denied request. We respond within the timeframe required by the applicable state law.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, to comply with our legal obligations, and to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. Our general retention practices are as follows:
8.1 Account and contact information is retained for the duration of your account or subscription and for a reasonable period thereafter;
8.2 Usage and analytics data is retained for up to fourteen (14) months;
8.3 Records of marketing and messaging consent are retained for as long as necessary to demonstrate compliance; and
8.4 Cookie and similar tracking data are retained for up to thirteen (13) months from collection.
9. Data Security
We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including access controls and encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will provide notice to you and to the appropriate authorities as required by law.
10. Children's Privacy
The Services are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children or use it for advertising purposes. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us, and we will delete it.
11. Third-Party Services
The Services may contain links to, or integrate with, websites and services operated by third parties. This Policy does not apply to those third-party services, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices. We encourage you to review the privacy notices of any third-party services you access.
12. Contact Us and Submit a Request
To exercise any right described in this Policy, or to ask a question about your personal information, you may contact us at hey@juceflow.com. Please provide sufficient information for us to identify you, such as the name and email address associated with your account, and indicate the state law under which you are making your request. Please do not include payment card numbers or government identification numbers in your request. We will verify your identity before responding and will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law, generally within forty-five (45) days.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised Policy with an updated Effective Date and, where required by law, provide additional notice of material changes. Your continued use of the Services after the revised Policy takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
